Brookside Village Co-operative Homes Inc. is located at 8175 McLeod Road, Niagara Falls, ON L2H 3A5. We are located at the corner of McLeod and Kalar Road.

We are in close proximity to banking, both public and catholic elementary and high school schools, shopping, entertainment, restaurants, Boys and Girls Club of Niagara, YMCA, McBain Community Centre and are on a major bus route. We are located minutes from QEW exit McLeod Road.

Brookside Village is a 64 unit townhouse complex. We are comprised of 2 & 3 bedroom units only. All units have laundry hook up available. Our community centre also has a laundry room with 3 washers and 4 dryers for member convenience. Utilities, both gas and hydro are not included in our monthly charges.

We also have 3 fully modified accessible units. Our accessible units also have laundry hook up in the bathroom. Our accessible units have wheelchair access in the front and back of unit, lower cabinets in kitchen, stove controls on front of appliances, and washroom has roll in shower with adjustable showerhead.

All units have working smoke detectors on each floor with a carbon monoxide detector located on the second floor. Only 3 bedroom townhomes have powder room on main floor.

Our Pet Policy includes one small dog that must be 30 pounds or under and 2 indoor cats.

We do have a play area located behind the community centre.

Office hours are Mondays and Thursdays from: 9am-2pm.
